Every service in the September 2026 NDIS Pricing Schedule, explained in plain English—with the correct code and price table.

Checked on 20 October 2026. Pricing effective 24 September 2026 and subject to change. All Australian-dollar amounts are maximums subject to eligibility.

The short answer

The 96-page schedule contains 612 priced item entries in 57 tables. Open the appropriate table below to see all its codes, what the service means, who can deliver it, when to use it and national, remote and very remote maximum prices. Our separate claiming guides explain travel, cancellations, evening and night rates, reports and other extras.

Start with the support delivered

Match the actual activity to the correct service family before choosing a price. A similar hourly rate does not mean that a professional therapy code, support worker code and group item are interchangeable. For each service, confirm participant funding and plan restrictions, the worker's credentials, actual time or units, the service location and the operative claim type.

Detailed support and compliance references

These additional guides examine worker qualification requirements, mandatory NDIS provider registration, the boundaries of the published schedule and the individual support choices that can otherwise be hidden inside a broad pricing table.

Travel, cancellations and other practical claiming guides

These additional guides help explain circumstances that apply to more than one service. The September 2026 schedule is a maximum price list and does not reproduce every detailed claiming restriction. Some travel and cancellation details are discussed as historically published 2025–26 rules and should be verified against current 2026–27 arrangements before being used to invoice.

Using code lists safely: consult the official 2026–27 support catalogue as well as the pricing schedule. The catalogue identifies applicable claim types and other flags. The NDIS price limits are subject to future amendments.
